Healing is less about becoming someone new, and more about finding your way back to yourself
About Therapy
-
Therapy is a collaborative process where we explore your emotions, patterns, and experiences in a safe and supportive space. Together, we’ll work toward understanding your challenges, building self-awareness, and creating lasting change. My goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered to make meaningful shifts in your life.
-
I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, family and relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and personal growth. Many of my clients come to therapy wanting to understand the roots of their struggles and build a more meaningful relationship with themselves and others.
-
My approach is relational and trauma-informed, drawing from attachment science, parts work (IFS), emotionally-focused, and psychodynamic principles. I also integrate humanistic values — meaning I see you as the expert of your own experience. Together, we’ll explore how your past has shaped your present and work toward healing emotional and relational wounds.
-
There’s no set timeline — therapy is unique to you and your goals.
Some people notice meaningful change after a few months, while others prefer longer-term work to explore deeper patterns. Typically:Some clients find what they need in 3–6 months.
Others choose to continue therapy to focus on new goals or ongoing personal growth.
Whenever you feel ready, we’ll collaboratively discuss wrapping up.

Getting Started
-
The best way to know if we’re a good fit is by scheduling a consultation. This gives you the chance to share what’s bringing you to therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of whether my approach feels right for you.
-
You are welcome to reach out through my contact form or by email. I strive to quickly respond (please check your spam folder just in case). From there, we’ll schedule a consultation or your first session.
-
The first session is about getting to know you. We’ll explore what’s been bringing you to therapy, your goals, and your history, so I can develop a personalized treatment plan. It’s a space to share your story at your own pace, while we build a foundation of trust and safety.
-
Most clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions to build momentum and establish safety. Over time, we can transition to less frequent sessions, depending on your goals, progress, and needs. Therapy is very individualized — we’ll find a rhythm that works for you.
-
It’s very common to be new to therapy! I’ll guide you through each step of the process. Many of my clients are starting therapy for the first time, and we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore what’s been bringing you here, gain insight, and begin to feel more grounded in the process.
